It is what it is

I got my results back from some blood work today. My blood sugar level, at fasting, was only six points away from too high. It freaked me out a little, I'm not going to lie, especially since I am already stressed out about things. So all night I researched what I need to do to help change it. The sad part is I already know the answer I just haven't wanted to push myself to do it. ( I also might have drank two glasses of red wine tonight, something that doesn't help the whole blood sugar level.) I guess now I have another goal to set, lower my blood sugar levels!
